Orders & Shipping

Current turnaround times for orders.
PLEASE make sure you enter the correct shipping address when ordering. If your order has shipped and you entered the wrong address, I am not liable if the package is lost or returned to me. If the package is returned to me, I cannot guarantee I will reach out to you. It all depends on time and the info provided to me. You will have to pay the extra shipping cost to have it sent again.
(This does not include the shipping time.)
The processing time it takes for me to package orders is currently 1-2 business days. Unless you are ordering something custom, then it is 3-4 business days.
You will receive a shipping notification when your order ships. It is crucial that you enter your email address correctly to stay updated on your order.

PLEASE know that once your packages leave my hands, it’s OUT of my hands.
Domestic Shipping Times per USPS:
First Class Package: 1-3 business days
Priority Mail: 1-3 business days
Priority Mail Express: 2 business days
Many factors can delay shipments. Before you reach out to me because your package has not shown up, you need to reach out to your local USPS and see if something is delaying it.
If your shipment is delayed or has not showed up, you can track it through the shipment confirmation email. Please confirm the address you provided is correct. Do not contact me prior to contacting your local post office.
If you entered in the wrong shipping address, and it has already shipped. I am not liable for the package being lost. If it is returned to me, you need to reach out to me, and you will have to pay the extra shipping cost for me to send it back to you with the correct address.
If you shipment has been lost (by the carrier), please contact me. (AFTER contacting them)
** Due to extensive amount of lost packages, we are no longer sending out replacement packages if a claim is not filed. USPS requires a 30 day no-movement period before a claim can be filed. Once a claim is filed we will issue a credit or replacement products at our discretion**
**Bronze Fox Boutique is not responsible for stolen packages and they will not be refunded or replaced. Please contact your local post office if this happens and coordinate with them on next steps. Your best option is to file a help request form with the carrier. Once your package leaves us, it is out of our control and we can only go by the tracking details provided.**

I am not offering returns at this time. All sales are final.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
